Silverettes are small, reusable nursing cups made from pure 925 sterling silver. They sit gently over the nipple inside your bra and can be a beautiful addition to your postpartum and breastfeeding toolkit.

Silver has naturally antimicrobial properties, and Silverettes are traditionally used to help protect and soothe tender, sensitive or irritated nipples during the early weeks of breastfeeding.

They can be super handy to have on hand when your baby is learning to latch and your nipples are adjusting to the demands of frequent feeding, adding a cooling and soothing sensation against your tender nips!

How to use them:
Simply place a Silverette over each nipple after feeding and pop your bra back on. They can be worn between feeds to provide a protective barrier and soothing contact against the skin.

Silverette hire is a great option if you’d like to try them without purchasing a pair outright, particularly if you're unsure whether they'll be useful for your breastfeeding journey.
