An organic, refreshing and warming tea free from caffeine.

Ingredients:

- chamomile (organic)
- peppermint (organic)
- ginger (organic)
- nettle (organic)
- lemon balm (organic)

Place 1 teaspoon of dried herb into an infuser, tea pot or plunger.
Add 1 cup of freshly boiled water.Steep for 5-10 minutes.
Strain. Sit back, settle in and savour the moment. 
Drink 1-3 cups per day.

Compostable packaging. Free from silicones, parabens, PEGs, sulfates (SLS/SLES), GMOs, mineral oils, petrolatum, synthetic colours and fragrances, or animal testing. This product contains nut oils.
